For sellers

• Every number shown is a preliminary, non-binding estimate based on the details you entered.
• The offer is made by the investor named on the form, not by Brisk. A final offer depends on a walkthrough and inspection.
• Asking for an offer doesn’t commit you to sell.

For investors

• You are the party making offers through your Brisk links, and you’re responsible for your formulas, offers and follow-up, including calls and texts to sellers.
• Plans renew monthly through Stripe. You can cancel any time in Billing; your links stop taking offers when the plan ends.
• Property lookups count against your plan’s monthly allowance.
