If you asked for a cash offer
You used an offer form run by a real estate investor (the company named on the form). Brisk provides the form for them.
- What’s collected: the property address, your name, phone and email, your answers about the home, and the lowest price you’d accept.
- Who gets it: the investor named on the form, who uses it to contact you about your home. They may send it to their own CRM.
- Phone consent: if you checked the consent box, the exact text you agreed to and the time are saved with your request.
- Public records: Brisk looks up public property records for the address you enter.
- Abuse prevention: a one-way scrambled version of your IP address is kept to limit repeated requests. It can’t be turned back into your address.
If you use Brisk as an investor
- Your account details, campaigns, formulas, branding and leads are stored so the service works.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Brisk doesn’t store card numbers.
- Sign-in uses a cookie. Brisk doesn’t use advertising cookies.
